摘要
通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、抗熔剂、消泡剂等品种及用量的筛选,制备35%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂。最佳配方为吡唑醚菌酯原药35%,润湿分散剂木质素磺酸钠0.5%、2208 2%、SP-SC 390NS 2.5%,防冻剂4%,增稠剂黄原胶0.15%,防腐剂苯甲酸钠0.2%,抗熔剂2%,消泡剂0.1%,去离子水补足100%。该配方各项性能指标均符合悬浮剂要求。
The dosages and kinds of dispersants, thickeners, antifreezers, anti-fluxs, defoamers and other additives were discussed to obtain pyraclostrobin 35%suspension concentrate （SC）. The optimum formula was as follow：pyraclostrobin 35%, dispersant 0.5% （sodium lignosulfonate）＋2% （2208）＋2.5% （SP-SC 390NS）, antifreezer 4%, thickener 0.15%（xanthan gum）, preservatives 0.2%（sodium benzoate）, anti-flux 2%, defoamer 0.1%, and deionized water was added up to 100%. And it met the requirements of SC.
