摘要
结合山西省IPTV的发展情况,提出了一种IPTV监管的方法,通过对IPTV集成播控平台、传输分发平台、用户终端的信息采集和数据分析处理,利用EPG信息分析管理、违规信息检测及取证、IPTV频道扫描、审批信息管理与核查、节目合法性鉴别、敏感信息共享等技术手段实现对IPTV技术质量、节目内容的有效监管,提高了广播电视信息安全的保障水平。
Combining with the development of IPTV in Shanxi Province, a method of IVI＇V regulation is put forword, wilich applies many technologies such as integrated IPTV broadcast control platform, transmission distribution platform, user terminal information collection and data analysis processor, using information analysis and management based on EPG to illegal information detection and forensics, IPTV channel scan, information management of examination,approval and verification, and show legitimaey identification, sensitive information sharing, etc. This method can realize the effective regulation of IPIVtechnology quality and IPIV programme eontent,therefore it tremendously improves the insurance level of the radio and TV information seeurity.
