摘要
采用加水蒸馏法、乙醇萃取法和表面活性剂法对吸收柴油后的高吸油树脂进行了脱油及再生性能研究。结果表明,加水蒸馏法得到树脂的脱油率只有50%,用乙醇萃取法得到树脂的脱油率达到98.5%,表面活性剂法得到树脂的脱油率不到5%,采用乙醇萃取法再生树脂较好。
Studied the deoiling and regenerate capability of the high oil absorption resin which was treated after absorbing diesel by water distillation,ethanol extraction and surface active agent method.The results showed that the resin deoiling rations are 50%,98.5% and 5% when using water distillation,ethanol extraction and surface active agent method respectively.And the resin regenerated by ethanol extraction method is better.
