摘要 对核级阀门电动执行机构进行防护试验,以考核电动执行机构防尘和防水性能。按照规定的防护试验条件,使用防尘试验箱和规定的防水试验手段,分别对执行机构进行防尘试验和防水试验,壳体未发现进粉或进水现象。使用电动执行机构测试台对执行机构的性能特性进行检测,全行程运行时间在18 s左右;输出力矩稳定在250 N·m左右。试验表明了核级阀门电动执行机构外壳能够有效地防止粉尘和水进入壳内,同时性能特性不受影响。 In order to assess the adaptability of nuclear-grade electric actuator in dust environment and waterproof,the protection test was carried. According to the required condition, the dust test chamber and methods of waterproof were used and no signs that powder and water entering hull were found after the protection test. The performance characteristics of electric actuator were detected using test table. The operating time for total travel was about 18 seconds, the output torque was about 250N·m. The test showed that the hull of nuclear-grade electric actuator could prevent the powder and water into the shell,and the performance characteristics was not affected.
