高炉煤气在热处理炉上的设计和应用

摘要 阿城钢铁有限公司热处理炉原以重油为燃料,后改造为双蓄热式热处理炉,采用单一高炉煤气为燃料,通过切换阀利用废气余热对高炉煤气、空气进行双预热,明显提高了加热质量,降低了热处理炉的燃料消耗,降低了成本。实践表明,高炉煤气蓄热式热处理炉具有高效、优质、节能和低污染等诸多优点,具有广阔的开发应用前景。 The heavy oil was used in the heat - treated furnace of Acheng Iron & Steel Company be- fore. After the furnace was reconstructed into double thermal storage system, the blast furnace gas was used as the single fuel. The gas and air were preheated at the same time by the exhaust heat of gas with the switching valve. The quality of heating has been improved, and the fuel consumption has de- creased, and the cost of steel product can be reduced. Practice is showed that the heat - treated fur- nace is of many advantages by use of blast furnace gas, such as, high efficiency, excellent quality, saving energy and low environmental pollution etc. It is possessed vast development and application prospect.
