摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscopic appendectomy,LA)对急性阑尾炎和急性化脓性阑尾炎的治疗效果。方法:对行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗的92例急性阑尾炎和44例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:急性化脓性阑尾炎组的平均手术时间和住院天数明显长于急性阑尾炎组,切口愈合Ⅲ/甲的例数也明显多于急性阑尾炎组;但两组病例术后效果一样,均治愈出院,除每组分别发生1例切口感染或术后出血外,均未发生其他术后并发症。结论:与急性阑尾炎一样,腹腔镜阑尾切除术适合于急性化脓性阑尾炎的治疗。
Objective：To study the effects of laparoscopic appendectomy on the treatment of acute appendicitis and acute suppurative appendicitis.Method：The clinical data of 92 cases with acute appendicitis and 44 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis underwent laparoscopic appendectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Result：The average operation time and impatient time in acute suppurative appendicitis group was significantly longer than that in acute appendicitis group,the number of cases of incision healing in Ⅲ grade is also much more than that in acute appendicitis group;but therapeutic effects in the two groups are same,the patients were all cured and hospital discharged.Except each group occurred 1 case of incision infection or bleeding after operation,there were not the occurrence of other postoperative complications.Conclusion：Like acute appendicitis, laparoscopic appendectomy is fitted the treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis.
