摘要
目的对呼吸内科使用抗生素的情况进行了研究,并提出了呼吸内科合理使用抗生素的建议。方法选取我院在2009年8月至2013年7月在呼吸内科就诊的患者资料1884例,统计抗生素的使用情况和合理用药情况。结果呼吸内科在抗生素的使用存在逐渐下降的情况,合理用药的现象在不断的上升。结论呼吸内科使用抗生素的情况正在逐渐的合理,不合理用药的情况在不断的减少,加强对抗生素的使用控制,促进医疗合理用药。
Objective To respiratory department of internal medicine antibiotic use were studied, and put forward the rational use of antibiotics in respiratory department of internal medicine advice. Methods In our hospital from August 2009 to July 2013 year in the respiratory department of internal medicine in our hospital 1884 patients, statistics on the use of antibiotics and the rational use of drugs. Results The existence of respiratory department of internal medicine gradually decreased in the use of antibiotics, rational use of the phenomenon on the rise. Conclusion Respiratory department of internal medicine use of antibiotics is gradually reasonable, unreasonable medication situation continues to decrease, strengthen the use of antibiotics to control, promote the rational use of drugs in medical.
