摘要
By analyzing and computing,according to the wave theory of planar optical waveguide attenuation,a new opinion is put forward.A series of transmission attenuation with waveguide film-thickness are given and it illustrates that optical transmission is not carrying out efficiently within some waveguide film-thickness.
