摘要
目的探讨方丝弓矫治器在前牙损伤中的临床应用方法及效果。方法回顾性分析本院2005年1月—2009年10月期间应用方丝弓矫治器治疗的48例(48颗)前牙外伤患者的临床资料,分析其临床治疗效果。结果48例患者手术均顺利完成,被固定的移位牙愈合良好,无松动、错位或伸长,未发现手术并发症,随访5年,48颗牙治愈41例,好转5例,失败2例,其临床治疗有效率为95.83%。结论方丝弓矫治器治疗前牙外伤手术操作简单、并发症少、安全性高,具有较好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application method and effect of objective edgewise appliance in anterior teeth injury in. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2005 January- 2009 year in October during the application of edgewise appliance in treatment of 48 cases（ 48 teeth） clinical data of patients with traumatic anterior teeth,and analyse its clinical therapeutic effect. Results All the 48 patients were successfully completed,is fixed shift teeth healed well,no loosening,dislocation or elongation,found no operative complications,follow- up of 5 years,48 teeth of 41 cases were cured,5 cases improved,2 cases failed,the effective rate of the clinical treatment of 95. 83%. Conclusions Edgewise appliance in treatment of anterior teeth injury surgery has the advantages of simple operation,less complications,high safety,has good clinical effect,worthy of clinical application.
