摘要
目的观察和分析奥扎雷格纳联合阿司匹林治疗进展性脑梗死的临床症状进展,为进展性脑梗死的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择郑州大学人民医院2012年4月至2013年4月收治的112例进展性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用数字随机法,将其分成观察组(n=56)和对照组(n=56),两组患者均给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予阿扎格雷钠治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗2周后的NI-HSS评分和SSS评分均显著低于入院时,P<0.01;观察组患者治疗2周后的NIHSS评分和SSS评分均显著低于对照组,P<0.01;观察组患者治疗2周后的MMSE、算术、视空间、数字广度和记忆评分均显著高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义P<0.01;观察组治疗两周后的RI、PI低于对照组,PSV和Vmean高于对照组,P<0.01。结论奥扎雷格纳联合阿司匹林治疗进展性脑梗死可以有效促进患者临床症状的缓解,是一种安全、高效的方法,对提高患者的生活质量具有重要意义,值得参考。
Objective To observe and analyze the progress of ozagrelum sodium combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction clinical symptoms,providing a reference for clinical treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 112 cases of patients with progressive cerebral infarction from April 2012 to April 2013 in Zhengzhou University people＇s Hospital were chose as the research object,using stochastic method,the patients were divided into observation group（ n = 56） and the control group（ n = 56）,patients of two groups were given aspirin enteric- coated tables treatment,patients of the observation group were given Ozagrelum sodium on the basis of aspirin treatment,compared clinical curative effect of two groups patients. Results NIHSS score and SSS score of two groups of patients after two weeks treatment were significantly lower than at the time of admission,P 〈0. 01; The NIHSS score and SSS scores of observation group were significantly lower than the control group,P 〈0. 01; MMSE,arithmetic,the visual space,digit span and memory score of patients of observation group after two weeks treatment were significantly higher than control group,there were significant differences of the data,P 〈0. 01; RI,PI of observation group after two weeks treatment were significantly lower than the control group,PSV and Vmean were significantly higher than the control group,P 〈0. 01. Conclusion Ozagrelum combined with aspirin to treat for progressive cerebral infarction can effectively promote to relieve clinical symptoms,which is a safe and efficient method,there is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of reference.
