摘要
目的探讨细胞型FLICE样抑制蛋白(cellular FLICE-like inhibitory protein,c FLIP)、T-box转录因子(T-box transcription factors,TBX2)mRNA在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法采用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测了口腔颌面部鳞癌(OSCC)、癌旁不典型增生(DOM)及正常组织(NOM)中c FLIP、TBX2mRNA表达情况。结果 OSCC中c FLIP、TBX2 mRNA的表达明显高于DOM及NOM。c FLIP及TBX2 mRNA的表达水平与患者的年龄、性别之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论c FLIP、TBX2 mRNA在OSCC中的表达水平较高,两者可能在OSCC的发生、发展及转移中发挥重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of c FLIP and TBX2 in oral and maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The RT- PCR was used to discover the expression of c FLIP and TBX2 mRNA 57 oral and maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma（ OSCC）,38 dysplastic oral mucosa（ DOM） and in 30 normal oral mucosa（ NOM）. Results The expression of c FLIP and TBX2 mRNA in OSCC and DOM was significantly higher than in NOM. The results showed there was no significant difference between the groups divided by sex and age（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of c FLIP and TBX2 mRNA was higher in intracranial and extracranial squamous cell carcinoma. c FLIP and TBX2 may play an important role in apoptosis and in the occurrence and development of OSCC.
