摘要
民办高职院校学生党员发展工作在人员选拔、培养方式、发展制度和程序及辅导员队伍等方面存在诸多问题。从社会环境、民办高职教育的特殊性和党务人员整体素质等方面分析其原因,理清提高学生党员发展质量应正确处理好的两对关系,从注重源头选拔、细化条件及标准、构建培养与教育并重的长效机制和建立学生党建工作监督体系等方面构建质量保障体系。
The work of developing student party members in private higher vocational colleges faces with many problems existing in personnel selection, cultivation mode, developing systems and procedures, counselor team and other aspects.
