基于顾客价值的主题公园发展策略研究

摘要 主题公园是一种新型旅游业态,它的发展除了要遵守市场经济的一般规律,更要关注顾客价值。我国要以最快速度打造一批像迪士尼乐园这样的主题公园,就要在提升产品价值、关注服务价值、优化形象价值、凸显体验价值四个方面下功夫,从货币、时间、体力与精神四个层面降低游客成本付出,在满足游客需求、提升游客价值的同时,实现经济效益的持续增长,推动国内主题公园又好又快发展。 As a new tourism format, theme parks development should not only comply with the general laws of market economy, but also customer value. If current China wants to create a group of theme parks like Disney- land in a short time, it is necessary to enhance the product value, focus on the service value, optimize the image value and highlight the experience value. Moreover, it is essential to reduce the cost of tourists at four levels, namely, currency, time, physical capacity and spirit. Meanwhile, it is significant to realize the continuous growth of the economic benefits and promote the sound and rapid development of domestic theme parks as well as to meet tourists' demand and enhance customer value.
