摘要
嵌入式人才培养模式是目前高校、学生、企业以及社会之间具有良好互动性的培养应用型人才的最主要模式。本文介绍了嵌入式人才培养模式的核心概念及其内涵、以行业需求为导向的人才培养模式特征,综述了目前国内嵌入式人才培养模式的研究现状,论证了高铁专业嵌入式人才培养的研究意义、研究目标及研究内容,详细给出了高铁专业嵌入式人才培养模式的流程图、基本框架、课程体系、师资队伍建设、实施条件等。
At present, embedded talent training mode is the main mode which can embody a good interaction between the university, student, enterprise and society on training the application-type talent. In this paper, we have introduced the core concept and its connotation, talent training characteristics based on the industry demand; And the domestic research status of embedded talent training mode has been summarized and the research meaning, research object and research content on the embedded talent training of high-speed railway specialty have been demonstrated ; At last we have given the detailed flow chart, basic frame, course system, teachers team building and implementation condition about the embedded talent training mode of high-speed railway specialty.
