摘要
目的探讨分析预防急性脑卒中患者误吸的护理管理方法及效果。方法选取我院神经内科2012-06～2014-06间收治的74例急性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各37例,对照组患者遵医嘱给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上,实施针对性预防误吸护理管理。结果观察组患者吞咽功能改善总有效率高于对照组患者,吸入性肺炎发生率低于对照组患者,护理满意度高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实施预防误吸护理管理可以有效改善患者吞咽功能,缩短吞咽功能恢复时间,降低吸入性肺炎的发生风险,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the method and effect of nursing management on preventing aspiration in acute stroke patients.Methods 74 acute stroke patients from June,2012 to June,2014 in Department of Neurology were divided into observation group and control group. 37 patients of control group were just given routine nursing care,and 37 patients of observation group were given targeted nursing management on preventing aspiration based on control group. Results The total effective rate of improvement of swallowing function in observation group was higher than control group. Aspiration pneumonia occurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. Nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that of control group. There were significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Implementation of aspiration intervention can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients,shorten the swallowing function recovery time,reduce the risk of aspiration pneumonia,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
