Research on energy saving of central heating distribution system in cold areas

摘要 管网输配系统的节能研究对于降低供热系统的能耗有着重要作用,对于集中供热系统的优化设计与运行调节具有一定的参考价值。文章在介绍不同供暖系统型式的基础上,围绕节约输配能耗,分别对传统集中供热系统、分布式供热系统和基于环路拓展的集中供热系统的管网输配能耗进行了计算分析,并以天津市某热力管网改造工程为实例,计算并分析了四种工况下,以热水为媒介,各集中供热系统的输配能耗。结果表明:在设定的供热工况下,相比传统集中供热系统而言,采用分布式供热系统,用变速泵代替调节阀可节能29.5%;基于环路拓展集中供热系统通过调节混水比最高节能67%;一次网变流量运行可节能80.1%。 Research on energy saving of the pipe distribution systems plays an important role to reduce the energy consumption of heating system. It has some certain reference value for the central heating system design and system operation optimization. In order to save distribution energy cost and based on the introduction of different types of heating systems, this paper analyzes the distribution of energy consumption of several forms of distribution system, i. e. traditional heating system, distributed heating system, the heating system based on the loop expansion. Meanwhile, this paper uses the real project in Tianjin as an example. It calculates and analyzes energy cost of water-medium central heating distribution system which operates under four working conditions. Compared with the traditional central heating system, the results show that the setting of heating conditions, which uses distributed and variable speed pump, instead of the regulator, can save 29.5% energy. What' s more, based on expanded loop of the central heating system, the energy saving through adjusting the mix water can be as much as 67% and energy saving of the first loop variable flow network can even reach 80.1%.
