摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒对乳腺肿块诊断的临床价值。方法回顾性分析436例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿块患者的临床资料,比较术前彩色多普勒超声诊断与术后病理诊断的差异。结果术前彩色多普勒超声分级（BI-RADS-US）,经病理证实27例恶性肿瘤中4~5级者20例,恶性病灶诊断准确率：74.07%;409例良性病灶中2~3级者372例,良性病灶诊断准确率：90.95%。结论彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块的诊断及鉴别具有重要临床价值,但仍存有局限性。
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler in diagnosis of breast masses. Methods The retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 436 cases proved by operation and pathology in patients with breast masses, comparision of differences and color Doppler ultrasonography before operation after pathological diagnosis. Results the preoperative color Doppler ultrasound classification（ BL- RADS- US）,27 cases of malignant tumor confirmed by pathology in 4- 5 in 20 cases,the accurate rate of diagnosis of malignant lesions：74.07﹪,409 cases of benign lesions in 2- 3 in 372 cases, the accurate rate of diagnosis of benign lesions： 90.95%.Conclusion it has important clinical value in diagnosis and differential of color Doppler ultrasound in breast masses; but still there are limitations.
