摘要
某在开发车型整车耐久过程中出现后减振器连接后桥螺栓失效问题,通过理论分析及台架验证,确定了该螺纹连接副对后减振器衬套表面的润滑油最为敏感,后桥螺纹套管上的"凸台"为次敏感要素。通过优化及调整衬套压装工艺及后桥螺纹套管加工过程,有效提高了该连接副的可靠性。
In order to resolve rear absorber to rear axle joint failure issue during vehicle devel- opment, based on theory and bench test, it is confirmed that lubricant during bushing press -in process is the key factor and pad on rear axle tube nut is the secondary factor for joint robust. After op- timizing and adjusting bushing press - in process and rear axle tube nut machining process, joint relia- bility can be improved.
