蠲痹膏外敷治疗早期风寒湿痹型骨性关节炎临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察蠲痹膏外敷治疗早期风寒湿痹型骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组;对照组常规西医治疗,治疗组应用蠲痹膏;随访末期以优良率及WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分进行疗效评定。结果:随访3个月,两组都取得了较好的治疗效果,治疗组的总有效率为96.7%,对照组为86.5%。结论:蠲痹膏外敷治疗早期骨性关节炎疗效良好,能够缓解患者的疼痛,提高生活质量。
