摘要
目的：探讨养阴清热法对鼻咽癌放疗后患者敏感性的影响。方法：从本院2012年9月～2014年9月收治的鼻咽癌患者中选择54例进行研究，随机分为对照组（27例）和观察组（27例）。对照组实施放疗，观察组在对照组基础上予以养阴清热治疗。观察两组放疗40Gy时颈部淋巴结完全消退情况及鼻咽病灶完全消退的剂量，以及放疗结束时鼻咽及颈部淋巴结消退情况，并进行比较。结果：放疗40Gy 时观察组颈部淋巴结完全消退率显著高于对照组，且鼻咽病灶完全消退的剂量显著低于对照组。放疗结束时两组患者在鼻咽及颈部淋巴结消退率方面差异均无统计学意义。结论：利用中医养阴清热法对鼻咽癌放疗患者进行治疗可以有效提高患者的放疗敏感性。
Objective：To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Yangyin Qingre in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy .Methods ：54 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hos‐pital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected ,and were divided into control group （27 cases） and observa‐tion group （27 cases） .The control group were given radiotherapy treatment ,the observation group were given in the con‐trol group to be based on the traditional Chinese medicine Yangyin Qingre treatment .Radiotherapy 40Gy cervical lymph node was completely regressed and nasopharyngeal lesion resolved completely at the end of radiation dose ,and nasophar‐ynx and neck lymph node to fade away of the two groups were observed and compared .Results：Radiotherapy 40Gy patients in the observation group in cervical lymph nodes complete remission rate was significantly higher than that of con‐trol group ,and the nasopharyngeal lesions completely subsided dose was significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant .At the end of radiotherapy in patients of two groups in the nasopharynx and neck lymph nodes of the extinction rate of the difference had no statistical significance .Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medi‐cine for Yangyin Qingre and method in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy treatment can effectively en‐hance the radiosensitivity of patients .
