摘要
目的:观察益气固本调免方调和营卫治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法:将85例IgA肾病(CKD1-4期)随机分为两组;治疗组43例给予益气固本调免方治疗,对照组42例给予科素亚治疗,疗程4个月。结果:总有效率治疗组为74.4%,对照组为42.9%,组间疗效比较有统计学差异。治疗组尿红细胞计数和24h尿蛋白定量显著降低,IgA及补体C3有显著改善,CD4显著升高,CD8显著降低,CD4/CD8比值显著上升。对照组24h尿蛋白定量降低,IgA有降低趋势、补体C3有升高趋势,但无统计学差异,CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比值无明显改善;两组各指标组间比较有显著统计学差异。结论:益气固本调免方调和营卫有效减少IgA肾病患者的血尿和蛋白尿,其机制与调节体液免疫和细胞免疫功能有关。
Objective：The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Yiqi Guben Tiaomian formula in IgA nephropathy patients in chronic kidney disease （CKD） stage 1‐4 .Methods：In this randomized controlled clinical study ,85 patients were enrolled .They were randomized into treatment group （43 cases ,Yiqi Guben Tiaomian formula） and control group （42 cases ,losartan） ,with a four‐month course of therapies .Results：The total effective rate was 74 .4% in treat‐ment group and 42 .9% in control group ,with a significant difference between the two rates .Only 24h urinary protein ex‐cretion were reduced in control group ,whereas red blood cell count of urine and 24h urinary protein excretion were obvi‐ously reduced in treatment group ,with significant differences between the two groups .When compared the results of con‐trol group ,IgA ,C3 ,CD4 ,CD8 ,and CD4/CD8 were significantly improved in the treatment group .Conclusion：Yiqi Guben Tiaomian formula is effective to improve hematuria and proteinuria in IgA nephropathy patients ,due to regulate humoral and cellular immunity .
