摘要
目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗胃脘痛的临床效果。方法:以我院中医科收治的90例胃脘痛患者为研究对象,根据不同治法分为两组。对照组:给予法莫替丁1d2次,每次20mg,胃铋治3次1d,每次200mg;治疗组:给予柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗。对比分析两组治疗效果、复发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的73.3%;治疗组治疗后中医症候积分明显优于对照组,且治疗组复发情况低于对照组。结论:柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗胃脘痛的临床效果显著,能有效改善临床症状,安全性较高,不易复发,可提高患者的生活质量。
Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan combination with Sijunzi decoction to treat epigastralgia .Methods ：90 patients with epigastralgia admitted by the department of gastroenterology of the hospital were selected as research candidates ,who were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods .Patients in the control group were subject to famotidine with once usage at 20 mg twice daily and 200 mg per administration ,and pa‐tients in the observation group were subject to Chaihu Shugan combination with Sijunzi decoction .The efficacy on patients in two groups and recurrence conditions of patients in two groups were subject to comparative analysis .Results ：The total effective rate on patients in the treatment group hit 93 .3% ,being significantly higher than that of patients in the control group at 73 .3% .Syndrome scores of Chinese medicine of patients in the observation group after treatment was signifi‐cantly better than those of patients in control group ,and relapse condition of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group .Conclusion：Chaihu Shugan combination with Sijunzi decoction delivers signifi‐cantly clinical efficacy ,it is capable of effectively improving clinical symptoms of patients with high safety and relapse a‐voidance ,and it may improve the the life quality of patients ,imposing high value in clinical use .
