摘要
"两新"组织党建生态呈现对党建的内生性需求匮乏、"两新"组织对政党组织的功能性替代造成对组织进入的排斥、"两新"组织中党建具体思路混乱以及党组织发挥作用有限等新特点。应树立"大党建"思路,形成党建合力;形成"大党建"格局,统筹党建与经济社会建设;以服务引领基层党建;革新领导力资源,重塑组织权威以更好地适应"两新"组织党建新生态,推动"两新"组织党建工作的发展。
The ecology of Party building of ＂two new＂ organizations show some new characteristics, such as the lack of endogenous demand for Party building, the rejection of the organization into ＂two new＂ organizations caused by the function replace of Party organizations, the confusion of specific i- deas in the party building in ＂two new＂ organizations, the limited role of Party organizations, etc. Ac- cordingly, we should establish the ＂great party＂ ideas, form the resultant force of the party building, form the ＂big party＂ pattern, integrate Party＇ s building with economy building, lead grass - roots party building by service;innovate leadership resources, reshape organizational authority, so as to bet- ter adapt to the party building ecology of ＂two new＂ organizations, and promote the development of the party building of ＂two new＂ organizations.
