摘要 目的分析抗核小体抗体(AnuA)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中的的表达,与抗核抗体(ANA)、抗双链DNA抗体(抗dsDNA抗体)、抗Sm抗体、抗nRNP抗体、抗Rib-P蛋白抗体进行比较,对其在SLE实验室诊断中的价值进行评价。方法应用欧蒙公司的ELISA试剂对98例SLE患者组和25例健康对照组血清中的AnuA表达进行定量检测;并测量所有SLE患者血清中的ANA、抗dsDNA抗体、抗Sm抗体、抗nRNP抗体、抗Rib-P蛋白抗体水平。结果 AnuA在SLE患者中的表达量和表达阳性率均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);AnuA在SLE活动期组的表达量和表达阳性率均显著高于稳定期SLE患者组(P<0.05)。AnuA的表达阳性率显著高于抗dsDNA抗体、抗Sm抗体、抗nRNP抗体、抗Rib-P抗体,低于ANA,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AnuA比抗dsDNA抗体、抗nRNP抗体、抗Sm抗体、抗Rib-P蛋白抗体的阳性检测率高,在SLE的实验室诊断中具有较高的敏感性,可作为监测SLE病情活动的较好实验室指标。 Objective Analysis the expression of the disease of anti nucleosome antibodies(AnuA)in serum of SLE patients,and compared with antinuclear antibody(ANA),anti-double stranded DNA antibodies(anti dsDNA antibody),anti Sm,anti nRNP antibody,anti Rib-P antibodies,evaluation of the laboratory diagnostic value in SLE.Methods Detection of AnuA in serum of 98 cases SLE patients and25 healthy persons quantitatively using the German companies ELISA reagents;and detecting ANA,anti dsDNA,anti Sm antibody,anti nRNP,anti Rib-P antibodies in all SLE patients.Results The expression level and positive rate of AnuA was obviously higher in patients with SLE than that of normal persons(P〈0.05);The positive rate and expression level of AnuA in SLE activity group was significantly higher than that in in stable phase group(P〈0.05).Pairing detection AnuA,ANA,anti dsDNA,anti Sm antibody,anti nRNP,anti Rib-P antibodies,the expression rate of AnuA was lower than ANA,and significantly higher than that of dsDNA,anti Sm,anti nRNP antibody,Rib-P antibody,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The detection positive rate of AnuA was higher than dsDNA,anti Sm,anti nRNP antibody,anti Rib-P antibodies,with high sensitivity in the laboratory diagnosis of SLE.AnuA has better laboratory indexes in monitoring of SLE activity.
