摘要
[背景]观察VSD负压封闭引流技术治疗股骨骨折内固定术后感染的疗效.[病例报告]回顾性分析2009年3月至2013年3月间应用VSD负压封闭引流技术的16例股骨骨折内固定术后感染患者的临床资料,治疗时间为20-35d,平均27d;均获随访,随访时间为12-26个月,平均18个月.所有患者创面感染均得到控制,切口愈合顺利,术后随访X线检查结果显示骨痂生长良好.[讨论]VSD负压封闭引流技术治疗股骨骨折内固定术后感染疗效满意.
BACKGROUND To discuss the clinical effects of application of VSD for the treatment of infection after internal fixation of femoral fracture.CASE REPORTSIt was retrospectively analyzed that the clinical data for 16 cases with postoperative infection after internal fixation of femoral fracture treated by VSD from March 2009 to March 2013.The time of treatment was 20 to 35days（mean of 27days）,and the follow-up time was from 12 to 26months（mean of 18months）.The wound infection was controlled and operative incision was smoothly healed in all cases,and X-ray showed that the osteotylus formation was good.DISCUSSIONThe VSD has curative effects for treatment of infection after internal fixation of femoral fracture.
