摘要
[背景]观察关节镜下髂胫束松解术治疗外侧型弹响髋的临床疗效.[病例报告]回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年1月间接受关节镜下髂胫束松解束治疗的21例外侧型弹响髋患者的临床资料,均获得随访,时间为18-28个月,平均24个月.结果示,优良率为95.2%,未见并发症发生.[讨论]关节镜下髂胫束松解术治疗外侧型弹响髋安全、有效、快速,且外表美观.
BACKGROUND To observe the clinical effects of arthroscopic treatment by iliotibial band release for the external snapping hip.CASE REPORTS The clinical data for 21 cases of external snapping hip with arthroscopic treatment by iliotibial band release from January 2008 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,and the follow-up time was from 18 to 28 months（mean of 24 months）.The results showed that the excellent rate was 95.2% with no complication.DISCUSSION The arthroscopic treatment by iliotibial band release for external snapping hip has advantages of safety,effectiveness,short hospital stay and specious.
