摘要
阐述了用MBR+NF/RO为主体的工艺处理填埋场老龄渗滤液和新老混合渗滤液的技术工艺、存在的问题及处理效果等,通过对系统中各工段对COD、NH3-N、TN的处理效果的跟踪监测,找出了用此工艺处理老龄渗滤液不达标的原因,据此进行了在原水中外加碳源、将新老渗滤液混合处理及运行参数调整的实验。结果表明,在老填埋场封场和新填埋场运行初期的过渡阶段,需在进水中投加碳源至m(C)/m(N)≥3.5以保证系统出水达标的结论;在新老渗滤液混合处理中,可以在不增加设备及药剂投资的情况下,调整生化池MLSS及纳滤膜通量等设计、运行参数,9个月的实际运行表明处理出水可以稳定达到GB 16889-2008中表2的要求。
Running problems and processing results of using MBR+NF/RO process for treating aging, fresh and aging mixture leachate were illustrated. By monitoring the treatment effect on COD, NH3-N, TN of each section in the system, the reason for the bad result through using this process treating the aging landfill leaehate was found out, a series of process adjustment experiments were carried out, such as adding carbon source experiment, the fresh and aging leachate mixed experiment, running parameter adjustment experiment. The results showed that when the old landfill close and new landfill just start operate, carbon source should be added, to ensure the C/N of leachate always be greater than or equal to 3.5, so that the effluent quality would reach the standard; without changing the original structures and without adding investments, mixing fresh and aging leachate, adjusting several running parameter, such as MLSS in biochemical pool, nano-filtration membrane flux, the result of running effect in nine months showed that the effluent quality was stable and superior to the table 2 criteria specified in GB 16889-2008.
