摘要
静电纺丝技术是制备连续纳米纤维最为快速、高效的方法之一,已得到广泛关注,存在巨大应用潜力。为揭示纺丝过程射流行为机理,研究者从溶液或熔体喷射实验出发,围绕其射流理论模型进行了大量的研究。作者从射流的产生、射流稳定运动的规律、射流不稳定三个角度综述了国内外静电纺丝射流理论研究现状及进展,重点介绍了静电纺丝射流的数学及物理模型理论研究,分析了静电纺丝理论亟需解决的问题,为进一步研究静电纺丝理论和指导静电纺丝工艺研究提供参考。
Electrospinning technology is one of the most rapid and efficient method for the preparation of nanofiber, which has attracted extensive attention and has a great potential for application. In order to reveal the behaviors and mechanisms of jets during the electrospinning process, researchers focused on the jet theoretical models from the basic experiment of producing jets and had made a ton of research. This paper reviews the research progress of basic theory of electrosspinning jets from jet producing, motion regime of stable jet and jet instability. The mathematical and physical model equation of jets were introduced and the existing problems of electrospinning are discussed, which provide references for the further study of electrospinning jets theory and guidance of electrospinning process.
