摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)是慢性特发性肠道疾病,包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎。近20年来,中国炎症性肠病发病呈增长趋势,随着中国临床医生对炎症性肠病越来越重视,其流行病学、诊断、治疗、基础科学研究等方面的认识有了长足的进展。然而,未来仍然面临很多挑战。文章就中国IBD的发展历程、目前的现状、进展进行阐述。
Inflammatory bowel diseases （IBD） are chronic idiopathic intestinal diseases, including Crohn＇s disease and ulcerative colitis. In the past two decades in China, the number of cases of IBD has also increased rapidly, and more and more attention has been devoted into it. The understandings of IBD in China have undergone considerable development in the aspects of epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, and pathogenic mechanisms of IBD. However, a lot of challenges will be confronted and we need more effort for IBD. The present paper will review the history, current situation, and progress of inflammatory bowel diseases in China.
