摘要
针对可调滤波器设计中存在的问题,分析了可调滤波器的设计及变频原理,提出了一种全新的设计方法——耦合带宽法。详细论述了应用Designer进行原理仿真、以耦合带宽法为基础应用三维电磁场仿真软件HFSS整体验证的过程;用HFSS仿真了一个C波段λ/2同轴腔可调带通滤波器,给出了9个频点的幅频特性。仿真结果表明,在整个调谐频段内该滤波器的带宽几乎不变,驻波、抑制度和插入损耗等指标稳定良好。
Based on the problems in tunable filter design, the design and frequency conversion theory of tunable filter are ana- lyzed, and a novel design based on coupled bandwidth is presented.The design process is discussed in detail,including the simulation by Designer and the overall verification by HFSS based on coupled bandwidth.A λ/2 coaxial tunable filter is simulated by HFSS and the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the tunable band-pass filter in C-band are presented, which show that the bandwidth in the whole tunable band is nearly constant,and the VSWR,suppression and insertion loss are consistent with theoretical calculation.
