摘要
目的：对恶性肿瘤介入治疗后疼痛及镇痛的临床效果进行分析。方法采取2013年8月-2014年11月份本院收治的84例恶性肿瘤患者，按照随机分配的原则，将这84例患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组42例患者，对观察组患者实施介入治疗，对对照组患者给予常规治疗，治疗结束后对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果对观察组患者给予介入治疗后，疼痛发生率为11.9%，其中重度疼痛患者1例，中度疼痛2例，轻度疼痛患者2例；对对照组患者给予常规治疗后，疼痛发生率为38.1%，其中重度疼痛患者6例，中度疼痛患者7例，轻度疼痛患者3例，两组患者的疼痛发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论介入治疗是一种方便、简单、安全的妇科恶性肿瘤治疗方法，其能有效缓解患者症状，提高治疗效果，减轻患者痛苦。
Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of pain and analgesia after interventional therapy for malignant tumor.Methods Take in August 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital of 84 cases of malignant tumor patients and randomly assigned in accordance with the principles, the 84 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group to implement intervention, patients in control group were given conventional treatment, after the end of treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups of patientswere compared.Results The observation group were treated with interventional therapy, pain rate was 11.9%, including 1 cases with severe pain, moderate pain in 2 cases, 2 cases of patients with mild pain. The patients in the control group received routine treatment, the incidence rate of pain was 38.1%, including 6 cases with severe pain, patients with moderate pain in 7 cases, 3 cases of patients with mild pain, two groups of patients with pain incidence, the difference greater statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Interventional therapy is a convenient, simple and safe method for treatment of gynecological malignant tumor, which can effectively alleviate the symptoms, improve the treatment effect, reduce the patient＇s pain.
