摘要
基于莱钢4 300 mm宽厚板生产线现有PVPC平面形状控制模型,进一步研究模型各参数含义,结合现场不同产品规格进行工业试验,制定合理模型参数群,从而减少了切边及切头尾量,提高了钢板矩形化程度,成材率提高了0.2%。
Based on the PVPC plane shape control model existing in the 4 300 mm heavy plate in Laiwu Steel group, the meaning of the model parameters were further studied. Combined with different specifications and on-site industrial test, reasonable model parameter group were formulated. Thereby that can reduce the edge catting and end cutting, improve the degree of rectangular plate. And the yield was increased by 0.2%.
