摘要
[目的]评价集束化干预对老年股骨颈骨折术后并发肺部感染的影响。[方法]抽取125例老年股骨颈骨折术后病人,按住院单双号分为观察组和对照组,观察组65例病人采用集束化干预,对照组60例病人采用常规护理,观察两组病人的干预效果。[结果]观察组肺部感染率低于对照组、住院时间少于对照组、抗生素应用率低于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]集束化干预可降低老年股骨颈骨折病人术后并发肺部感染发生率,缩短病人的抗生素使用时间及住院时间。
Objective：To evaluate the influence of cluster of intervention on senile femoral neck fracture patients complicated with postoperative pulmonary infection.Methods：A total of 125 cases of senile patients with femoral neck fracture were selected after surgery.They were divided into observation group and control group based on hospitalization number even and odd-numbered.The 65 patients in observation group received the cluster of intervention,60 cases in control group received the routine nursing care,and then to observe the intervention effect in two groups of patients.Results：The pulmonary infection rate in observation group was lower than that in control group,the length of time was less than that in control group,and the application rate of antibiotics was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cluster of intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection in senile femoral neck fracture patients,shorten the time of antibiotic use and length of stay.
