棘洪滩水库空气微生物群落代谢特征

Metabolic characteristics of airborne microbial population in Jihongtan Reservoir

摘要 采用BIOLOG方法比较分析棘洪滩水库与青岛市区空气微生物群落碳源代谢特征,结果表明,棘洪滩水库不同季节空气微生物碳源代谢强度和碳源代谢类型与市区街道存在差异,且夏、冬季碳源代谢强度与市区街道存在显著性差异(P<0.01);棘洪滩水库McIntosh指数不同季节差异较大,夏季小于市区街道,冬季较市区街道高;棘洪滩水库夏、冬季空气微生物碳源代谢强度与温度、湿度、风速等环境因子相关性与市区街道一致,但相关性强弱程度存在差别. By comparison and analysis of the carbon source metabolic characteristics of airborne microbial population in Jihongtan Reservoir area and Qingdao urban area using the method of BIOLOG,the paper gets the results that Jihongtan Reservoir has some differences with respect to the type and intensity of carbon metabolism of airborne microbial population compared to urban streets in different seasons.And the difference in intensity becomes significant in summer and winter(P〈0.01);the McIntosh index of Jihongtan Reservoir is quite different in seasons,less than urban streets in summer,and higher in winter.Jihongtan Reservoir has the same correlation as the urban area between air microbial carbon metabolism intensity and temperature,humidity,wind speed as well as other environmental factors in summer and winter,but the correlation coefficients vary.
