煤中的矿物与水煤浆流变性的关系研究

摘要 在对十种煤(灰分从3.03%到8.20%)的标准实验室制浆及煤中矿物浸出离子的离子色谱(IC)测定等实验的基础上,用计算机分析的方法确定了煤中矿物特性和水煤浆定粘浓度的关系,阐述了煤中矿物对煤的成浆性影响的双重性,即矿物密度和矿物离子的溶出分别对煤的成浆性有正反两个方面的影响。煤中的可溶性硫酸盐矿物,如石膏,对煤的成浆性和水煤浆的流变性有显著的恶化作用。 On the basis of standard laboratory CWS preparation results and leached ions deter mination with IC, a relationship between minerals in coal and CWS fixed-viscosity concentration has been established using computer programme for ten kinds of coal with ash content ranging from 3.03% to 8.20%. A profound explanation was made for the two aspects of mineral effects on coal's slurryability, i.e, negative contribution of dissolved ions and positive contribution of mineral density. Soluble sulfate minerals, such as gypsum are fatal to slurryability and rheological properties of CWS.
