摘要
针对桩基钻爆法开挖施工中护壁受振破坏的问题,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D有限元软件模拟了1.0m小直径桩井爆破时,爆破地震波对桩井护壁的作用过程及其影响规律。结果表明:1.0m小直径桩井在爆破地震波作用下,不同最大起爆段药量下桩井护壁混凝土的动态响应规律相似,振动强度随药量减小而相应减小,有效应力最大值靠近井口部位,质点振速峰值最大值靠近井口部位,因此靠近井口部分为危险区。
Aiming at damage of pile shaft wall affected by blasting vibration during the process of pile foundation drilling and blasting excavation, ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D was used to simulate the process and influence law of blasting seismic wave on pile shaft wall with the diameter of the pile shaft is 1.0m. The results of numerical analysis indicated the laws of dynamic response of the pile shaft concrete in different one-stage explosive were same. The intensity decreaseed with the quality decreasing. The maximum effective stress located close to the wellhead. The peak of particle vibration velocity located close to the wellhead, so the area near the wellhead was dangerous.
