糖尿病患者的睡眠障碍研究 被引量：13

摘要 糖尿病是一组以高血糖为主要特征的内分泌代谢疾病。导致高血糖的主要原因是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷和/或生物作用受损。2013年IDF资料显示8.3%的成年人（3.82亿人）患有糖尿病,且在25年内患病人数将超过5.92亿,其中2型糖尿病患者（T2DM）占85%-95%。糖尿病患者的激增给社会带来了沉重负担。与此同时,人们的睡眠方式也发生着变化,睡眠障碍者逐渐增多。
