基因多态性与抗血小板聚集药物治疗后出血风险被引量：3

摘要近年来,卒中已经成为导致人类死亡的第四大病因,是导致我国国民死亡的第一位疾病[1,2]。抗血小板聚集药物是目前推荐用于缺血性卒中急性期治疗及二级预防治疗的一线用药。出血是抗血小板聚集药物治疗最重要的不良反应,其中超过50%为消化道出血。既往在不稳定冠脉综合征及心肌梗死人群中进行GPⅡb/Ⅲa拮抗剂奥波非班的研究（OPUS-TIMI-16 trial）发现,奥波非班不但没有降低缺血性卒中事件，反而增加出血风险。
