摘要
分析了某地下水电站的潮湿和结露问题的原因,发现主要原因不是相对湿度过高,而是空气中水蒸气遇冷导致结露。根据该水电站实际运行情况,提出冷却除湿和转轮除湿综合运用的除湿改造方案,详细阐述了除湿设备的选型计算、风系统和集中控制系统的改造措施及除湿系统运行方案。
Analyses the causes of the humidity and condensation problems existing in an underground hydropower plant. Finds that the main reason is not high relative humidity, but the condensation of precooled water vapor in air. According to the actual operation condition of the plant, suggests the comprehensive solution of cooling dehumidification and rotary dehumidification application. Expounds the selection calculation of dehumidification equipment, improving measures for the air system and central control system and operation scheme of dehumidification system.
