摘要
为了寻找反相乳液法制备淀粉/丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物的最佳反应条件,运用序贯试验设计法,包括部分析因试验设计及中心组合试验设计建立CCD数学模型,考察了各个因素对接枝率的影响。结果显示,温度与中和度对接枝率的影响显著,且最优反应条件为:反应温度56.3℃,单体淀粉比1.7,单体配比0.875,引发剂用量1.5%,中和度79.25%,搅拌速率450r/min。在此条件下,产物接枝率理论值为48.35%,实测值为48.38%,与预测结果相近。
In search of optimum reaction conditions of inverse emulsion preparation of starch/acrylic acid/acrylamide graft copolymer,the sequential experimental design method was used. By the analysis for experimental design and combina- tion experimental design center to establish the mathematical model of the CCD, the influence of various factors on the graft rate were investigated. Results showed that the influence of the temperature and neutralization degree on the graft rate were significant. The optimal reaction conditions as follows:reaction temperature 56.3 ℃, monomer starch ratio 1.7, monomer ra- tio 0. 875,1.5 G dosage of initiator,neutralization degree of 79.25 %, the stirring speed of 450 r/min. In this condition, the grafting rate of the theoretical value product was 48.35%,the measu red values was 48.38%.
