摘要
半焦作为低阶煤提质的重要产物之一,在金属镁、铁合金、电石、化肥以及发电等化工燃料行业有着广泛的应用。为了改善活性半焦的热稳定性,有效减少安全隐患,热解半焦的钝化技术成为低阶煤提质领域重要的研究课题之一。本文从传统焦炭钝化技术研究现状出发,总结了热解半焦钝化技术的特点和半焦钝化技术的研究进展,分析了目前热解半焦钝化技术开发存在的问题,并针对性的提出了解决问题的建议。
As an important product of low rank coal upgrading, semi-coke has a wide range of applications in the fuel and chemical industry, such as in metal magnesium, iron alloy, calcium carbide, fertilizer, and so on. In order to improve the thermal stability of the active semi-coke, reduce security risks, semi-coke passivating techniques become one of the important research topics in the field of low rank coal upgrading. The characteristics of semi-coke industry and the present situation of the production and utilization were outlined, the existence questions and the suggestion of solving them were analyzed.
