溶剂解吸-气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中1-溴丙烷和2-溴丙烷 被引量:3

Simultaneous determination of 1-bromopropane and 2-bromopropane in workplace air by solvent desorption-gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立工作场所空气中1-溴丙烷(1-BP)和2-溴丙烷(2-BP)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱同时测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气样品,以二硫化碳溶液解吸,DB-FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器测定。结果 1-BP和2-BP分别在37.24~2 979.00和16.38~1 310.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999 99。4℃冰箱中放置过夜时,1-BP和2-BP平均解吸效率分别为95.30%~96.14%、99.79%~100.76%,批内精密度分别为0.28%~0.68%和0.24%~0.38%,批间精密度分别为0.97%~1.68%和1.28%~1.61%。100 mg活性炭管的1-BP和2-BP平均穿透容量分别大于2.9、2.5 mg。1-BP和2-BP样品在室温下分别至少可保存1和16 d,在4℃冰箱中分别至少可保存10和45 d。结论本方法适用于工作场所空气中1-BP和2-BP的同时测定。 Objective To establish a solvent desorption-gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 1-bromopropane (1-BP) and 2-bromopropane (2-BP) in the workplace air. Methods Samples containing 1-BP and 2-BP in the air were collected with charcoal tubes and desorbed with carbon disulfide solution, then separated with DB-FFAP capillary column and detected with flame ionization detector. Results The linear ranges were 37.24-2 979. 00 mg/L [ correlation coefficient (r) 〉 0. 999 99 ] for 1-BP and 16.38-1 310.00 mg/L ( r 〉 0. 999 99 ) for 2-BP. The average desorption efficiencies (at 4 ℃ overnight) were 95.30%-96.14% and 99.79%-100.76%, the intraassay precisions were 0.28% -0.68% and 0. 24% -0.38%, the intraassay precisions were 0. 97% -1.68% and 1.28% -1.61% for 1-BP and 2-BP, respectively. The average penetration capacity of 1-BP and 2-BP of 100 mg activated carbon tube were greater than 2.9, 2.5 mg, respectively. The samples of 1-BP and 2-BP could be stored for 1 and 16 days at room temperature, and 10 and 45 days in refrigerator at the temperature of 4 ℃, respectively. Conclusion This method was appropriately applied for simultaneous determination of 1-BP and 2-BP in the workplace air.
