钢拱单栋塑料大棚平面内极限承载力分析 被引量:5

ULTIMATE LOAD CARRYING CAPACITY ANALYSIS OF SINGLE-SPAN ARCHED PLASTIC GREENHOUSE FRAME

摘要 为了确定初始缺陷、矢跨比、长细比等参数对钢拱单栋塑料大棚平面内极限承载力的影响,文中基于几何非线性和材料非线性的有限元方法对钢拱单栋塑料大棚平面内极限承载力进行了分析。分析结果表明,大棚骨架初始缺陷数值的大小不应大于钢拱整体平面弯曲偏差的L/2500;大棚的最优矢跨比在0.3左右,其极限承载力随着长细比的增加而减小;钢拱单栋塑料大棚的破坏位置集中于跨中、拱肩和底部柱脚处。 Considering that there is little research on the ultimate load carrying capacity analysis ors- ingle - span arched plastic greenhouse frame, based on the finite element theory of geometrical nonlinear buckling and material nonlinearity, finite element models (ANSYS) for arched plastic greenhouse frame are established in order to investigate the ultimate load carrying capacity. The results indicate that:the thin and slender greenhouse frame is very sensitive to initial imperfection and the value of initial imper- fection should less than L/1500. The optimal rise-span ratio of greenhouse frame is 0. 3. The variation of ultimate bearing capacity of circular arch plastic greenhouse frame with slenderness ratio is analyzed, and it is found that the ultimate bearing capacity decreases with the increase of slenderness ratio. Out of con- sideration of economic rationality, the size of cross-section should be increased properly. And the failure occurs at half-span, quarter-span and bottom foot.
