摘要
以水泥石膏基钢、矿渣-EPS颗粒复合材料为研究对象,用平板导热仪测出了它的导热系数,符合保温材料限值的要求,并用热流计法现场测出了此种材料墙体的传热系数,并与理论计算值进行比较分析。通过与不同材料墙体的传热系数做出对比分析,证明水泥石膏基钢、矿渣-EPS颗粒复合材料墙体更具有保温隔热能力,且可以作为墙体自保温材料推广使用。
In this paper, cement plaster steel slag and-EPS particulate materials were studied, with a fiat thermal conduction instrument measured the thermal conductivity, which can meet the requirements of insulation materials, and at the scene we measured the heat transfer coefficient by heat flow meter method of steel slag and-EPS particles composite wall, and compared theoretical calculations with experi- mental data. Heat transfer coefficient through the wall of different materials were compared and ana- lyzed, we found that the steel slag-EPS granular composite wall have more insulation capacity, and can be used as wall materials promoting the use of self-insulation.
