摘要
经营者集中作为新的经济现象,对市场的发展运行既有积极影响,同时也带来挑战。因此,政府和企业管理人员应致力于发挥经营者集中的优势,控制其不良影响,促进产业的良好发展,提高我国经济建设的整体水平。
Equality is a basic civil right endowed by law. However, because of the influence of the imperfect system of traditional hierarchy, urban and rural household registration system, laws and regulations, the migrant workers were not treated fairly in political rights, the right of labor and employment, the right of education and social security. Therefore, to reform the household registration system, expand social security, strengthen legal education, improve the rights group, are important measure to protect migrant workers＇ equal rights.
