结节性硬化症的CT和磁共振成像影像学诊断 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结结节性硬化症的CT和MRI特征,以提高对其CT和MRI表现的认识,为临床治疗提供依据。方法采用16排CT和3.0T磁共振对13例临床上证实为结节性硬化症的患者的CT和MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果结节性硬化症的CT与MRI表现为室管膜下结节、皮质及皮质下结节、脑白质异常、室管膜下巨细胞星形细胞瘤。CT显示钙化结节较MRI敏感,而对于非钙化结节、脑皮质及白质病变的显示,MRI比CT有显著的优势;MRI增强扫描显示室管膜下结节多呈不同程度强化。结论结节性硬化的CT和MRI表现具有一定特征性,仔细分析其CT和MRI表现,结合临床三联征多数能定性诊断,从而指导临床治疗。 Objective To summarize the CT and MR1 characteristics of tuberous sclerosis, to i,nprovc the understanding of CT and MRI performance of tuberous sclerosis, provide the evidence for clinical treatment. Methods The imagings of 13 cases clinically confirmed tuberous sclerosis by 16 row CT and 3.0 T magnetic resonance were an- alyzed retrospectively. Results By CT and MRI, the imagings of tuberous sclerosis were showed as the subependymal nodules, the cerebral cortex and subcortical lesion, cerebral white matter abnormalities, subependymal giant cell as- trocytomal.CT showed calcified nodules was more sensitive than MRI, as for the uncalcified nodules, cortex and white matter lesions, MRI had more significant advantages than CT; By MRI enhancement scanning the subependymal nod- ules had different degree of reinforcement. Conclusion CT and MRI manifestation of tuberous sclerosis have certain characteristic, carefully analyze the CT and MRI performance, combined with clinical three symptoms,can diagnose qualitatively and guide clinical treatment.
