摘要
目的分析胰头部肿块型慢性胰腺炎误诊为胰头癌的原因,以提高对胰头部肿块型慢性胰腺炎的诊断和鉴别诊断能力。方法对3例术前误诊的胰头部慢性胰腺炎病例进行回顾性分析。结果术前误诊为胰头癌的3例胰头部肿块型慢性胰腺炎,术后经手术病理证实均为慢性胰腺炎。结论胰头部肿块型慢性胰腺炎与胰头癌在临床表现和影像学表现上有很大的重叠,两者鉴别较为困难,但只要全面观察,综合分析,结合临床,就能明显地提高诊断准确率和降低误诊率。
Objective To analyze the imaging of the causes of pancreatic head mass type chronic pancreatitis misdiagnosed as pancreatic cancer, to improve the ability of diagnosis and differentia] diagnosis of mass type chronic panereatitis of pancreatic head. Methods The head of the pancreas in 3 patients with chronic pancreatitis misdiag- nosed were retrospectively analyzed. Results Preoperative misdiagnosis of 3 cases with chronic pancreatitis with mass in the head of pancreas pancreatic head cancer were postoperatively confirmed by operation and pathology were chronic panereatitis. Conclusion It needs clinical presentation and imaging findings of pancreatic head mass type chronic panereatitis and pancreatic cancer are of great overlap, which is more difficult to identify. It needs comprehensive observation, comprehensive analysis, which combined with clinical can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
