破片冲击起爆带间隙薄盖板炸药数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了分析破片冲击起爆带间隙薄盖板炸药的规律及影响因素,应用非线性动力学分析程序LS-DYNA对钨合金、钢破片冲击起爆带间隙薄盖板Comp B炸药的作用过程进行了数值模拟,采用升降法对不同工况进行了数值计算,获得了相应的冲击起爆速度阈值,并结合计算结果给出了破片冲击起爆带间隙薄盖板Comp B炸药的基本规律及影响因素。结果表明,除特定工况下破片冲击薄盖板产生的二次破片对炸药起爆具有一定的影响外,破片的材料、形状及尺寸对冲击起爆速度阈值具有重要的影响。 In order to analyze the rules and influence factors of fragment impact initiation thin plate explo- sive with gap, the process of tungsten alloy and steel fragment impact initiation thin board Comp B explo- sive with gap was simulated by numerical method by applying nonlinear dynamic analysis program LS-DY- NA. Using the lifting method to process numerical calculation for different working conditions, the corre- sponding velocity thresholds of shock initiation were obtained, and the basic rules and influence factors of the thin board Comp B explosive with gap impacted by fragment were given combining the calculated re- sult. Results show that, in addition to the special working conditions under which the secondary fragments deriving from fragment impact thin plate have certain influence on the explosive detonation, the material, shape and size of the fragments have important effect on the initiation velocity threshold.
