耐候钢在输变电铁塔制造中的应用前景分析 被引量:6

摘要 在国家电网建设中,铁塔用角钢需求量巨大,而在角钢加工过程中,仍然采用了热浸镀锌工艺对角钢进行防腐处理,造成成本高、严重污染环境。耐候钢具有优良的耐候性能,可降低加工成本、有利于环保,但在输变电铁塔制造中的应用还是空白,为此我国有必要大力推广使用。宣钢将耐候钢生产技术率先应用于角钢生产,成功地开发出了耐候角钢产品,可应用于铁塔制造,比普通钢材具有明显的优势。 The requirement for angle steel in construction of iron tower of electricity transmission networks is great, but its work process is still adopted hot dip galvanizing process for anti - corrosive treatment of angle steel, which has high cost and makes serious environment pollution. The weathering steel has an excellent weather - resistant property, can reduce work cost, favor to environment protection, but it has no application in manufacture of electricity transmission tower, so it must be promoted vigorously. The production tech- nique of weathering steel has been first applied to angle steel in Xuan Steel, and corresponding products are developed, can be used in iron tower, have distinguished superiority than normal steels.
