摘要
研究了浇注系统、碳当量和浇注温度对造纸机械厚大断面轴头质量的影响。结果表明,采用鸭嘴冒口配合外冷铁工艺、碳当量CE选取4.3%-4.4%和浇注温度的优化,并利用Pro CAST模拟凝固软件进行仿真分析,有效解决了缩孔、渣孔、球化不良问题,提高了铸造可靠性,降低了制造成本。
The effects of the pouring system, the carbon equivalent and pouring temperature on the quality of the papermaking machinery shaft head were studied. The results show that, using riser, cold iron, optimizing the carbon equivalent of 4.3% -4.4% and pouring temperature, and using advanced Pro CAST solidification simulation software to simulate casting process, the porosity, slag inclusion, spheroidizing bad problem were solved, and the casting reliabilitywas improved, the manufacturing cost was reduced.
